How do I secure you for a project or live event?
Before I can begin any project or reserve a date for a live event, it is essential that a contract is signed by both of us. This contract outlines the scope, terms, and conditions of our work together, ensuring that both parties have a clear understanding of the expectations and obligations.
In addition, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required for any calligraphy job and the remaining balance is due before delivery of project or services.
I need a project completed in less than 2 weeks. Can you help me out?
Any project with less than 2 weeks turnaround is considered a rush job. If accepted, there is a rush fee of 50% of total balance and is due in addition to 50% deposit. Both deposit and rush fee are non-refundable. If there are any changes made to the total balance (for example: additional addresses or add-ons) this will increase the rush fee.
How many stationery items should I provide for my project to be completed?
Because all projects are done by hand, please be sure to provide at least 20% overage to account for human error.
How do I get all my stationery once you’re done?
Completed projects can be delivered free of charge within the deliverable area (30 miles or less) and within the state of New Jersey. Client can also meet to pick up project. Anything outside of the deliverable area will be shipped or if the client prefers to have items shipped, there will be shipping fees attached to final balance.
Is there a minimum investment?
Yes. There is a minimum investment and it varies by service.
Envelopes: $500
Day-of-Details: $1,000
On-Site Calligraphy: 3-hour minimum
